Carers Connected

Carers Connected, in association with Embracing Age, is a friendly zoom gathering of carers hosted by two facilitators. We now have two sessions each week that meets for one hour on Thursday afternoons at 3pm and Wednesday evenings from 7.15pm. We spend most of the time chatting together and during the last 15 minutes we pray for one another. You are welcome to join either session or both, there is no weekly commitment and no pressure to join for the full hour.
