Here at St. Mary’s East Molesey we are passionate about helping young people meet with God, have tons of fun and meet friends in a safe environment. Due to current restrictions, we have changed the way we do Youth.
On Sundays, we host a Watch Party at 6pm to connect with our young people and to watch a pre-recorded service (designed by us for our Youth) all together. We have worship, message and prayers. The link is sent weekly to those who are part of our youth.
After the service (around 6:30pm) we have a Zoom call to discuss the service, catch up and play some games online. The link is sent weekly via our parents WhatsApp group. If you are not on the WhatsApp group and would like to be, please email us at email@example.com.
Do get in touch if want to get involved in Youth at St Mary’s, whether to be part of the team supporting our young people, to be involved in the service (leading, praying or preaching) or to join our Youth numbers, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In normal times, on a Sunday, we meet at the 10:30 service at St Marys Church, before moving across to the vicarage opposite the church. We have milkshakes/smoothies, games, a message, discussion, activities, prayer and ministry.
During the summer we will hopefully be running Youth alpha on an evening mid week. This is a great opportunity to grapple with some of the big questions in life. Contact us at email@example.com if you are interested.
Our normal events include: Escape Rooms, Silent Disco’s, ‘The Gathering’ at Holy Trinity Brompton, as well as weekly gatherings on a Sunday evening in church with Pizza and games. During the Summer months we can often be found toasting marshmallows round the fire pit in the Vicarage garden. It’s such fun and a lovely space to get to know each other better, we also encourage our young people to to invite friends.
